1. Booking and payment terms
1.1. The Photographer and the Client come to a Verbal Agreement;
1.2. The Photo Shoot is officially booked only after the deposit of 50 euro is made. Please note that in case if the client wants to cancel, the deposit is NON refundable. Rescheduling without losing a deposit is possible only once;
1.3. The rest of the payment should be made on the day of the Photo Shoot. The post production process begins only after 100% payment is received by the Photographer;
1.4. Parking costs are paid separately;
1.5. Travel costs are paid in the amount of 0,40 euro cents/per kilometer from Hilversum 1211JW to the location and back.
2. Photoshoot process
2.1. The place and time of the Photo Shoot is discussed with the client;
2.2. Before the Photo Shoot the Photographer provides a consultation concerning the style of the Shoot and helps the Client to choose the outfits for the best outcome;
2.3. A Photo Shoot can be finished earlier than the mentioned in conditions time if Photographer decides there's been enough shots made for a good final result;
3. Postproduction and publishing photos
3.1. The client receives edited digital high resolution JPEG pictures not later than 21 days after the Shooting in their personal online gallery;
3.2. All photos are chosen only by the Photographer;
3.3. The photographer doesn't provide the Client with any RAW files (unedited pictures);
3.4. All the pictures from the photoset can be used by the Photographer for websites or contests (Facebook, Instagram etc.);
3.5. IMPORTANT! In case if the Client is against his/her or any of the family member's pictures being used by the Photographer - additional fee is applied: +70 euro to the chosen photoshoot price.
